True to the commitments to accelerate service delivery, the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government will descend on Inchanga in eThekwini Metro Municipality to implement practical responses to the service delivery challenges that are faced by the community.
For two days the Provincial Government led by Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube will be in Ward 4, to implement major developments in electricity supply and outline the Provincial Government’s renewed and integrated crime fighting plan.
Today, 23 April at 17h00, the Premier will conduct an electricity transformer switch-on at Ward 4, in Inchanga. Sections of Inchanga have suffered power cuts as a result of faulty and burst transformers.
Tomorrow, 24 April at 9am, the Premier with lead the Provincial Government’s multi-sectoral crime fighting and service delivery Imbizo in the same ward in Inchanga, where she will outline government’s responses to these challenges. In the recent past, Inchanga has experienced several crime incidents including Gender Based Violence and Femicide. The Premier will share the Province’s integrated responses to these incidents.
