- Provide transversal support and advice on job evaluation and organizational designs in the Provincial administration
- Manage the provision of internal human resource support services
- Provide PERSAL management services
- Promote labour peace between government as employer and employee
- Coordinate the development and implementation of transversal human resource policies and practices
- Coordinate implementation of employee health and wellness in the Provincial administration
